According to sources, petrol may be cheaper by Rs 4 per liter due to reduction in the prices of petroleum products in the global market.
Sources say that the price of diesel is also expected to decrease by 3 and a half rupees per liter, but the final decision on the prices of petroleum products will be taken by the Prime Minister, which will be announced on May 31.
It should be noted that on May 15, the prices of petroleum products were significantly reduced for the next 15 days, in which the price of petrol was reduced by 15 rupees 39 paisa, the price of high speed diesel was reduced by 7 rupees 88 paisa and the price of light diesel oil was reduced. A reduction of 7 rupees 54 paise per liter was made.
