In the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the benchmark 100 index of the market closed at 75 thousand 983 with an increase of 868 points.
This is the highest closing price in the life of the index.
The 100-index traded in a band of 985 points during the day. 609.8 million shares worth more than 23.58 billion rupees were traded in the market today.
Apart from this, the market capitalization has increased by 93 billion rupees today. The market capitalization at the close of business is Rs 10,248 billion.
