According to Iranian media, the burial of Ibrahim Raisi took place in the compound of Imam Ali Raza Mausoleum in Mashhad.
Today, Ibrahim Raisi’s body reached Imam Ali Raza’s shrine in Mashhad for burial, and a large number of people were present there.
Earlier, a large number of people participated in the city of Birjand to bid farewell to Ibrahim Raisi. The funeral prayers of Ibrahim Raisi and his friends were performed yesterday in Tehran. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei led the funeral prayers of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian and others in Tehran, which was attended by thousands of people.
